Wonky update

Ever since the update/maintenance that took place at 03:00 pacific time, 2017.08.09, I have been having issues with the client. For instance, when starting a game, in Champ Select/Champ banning, I will pick a champion to ban or use, and I am simply unable to hit the lock-in button. So then I end up getting banned or punished for something which was not my fault, also making it impossible to play.

Is anyone else having any such issues with the client like this right now? thanks, Ashindore
