Constant [CLIENT] Disconnects

I've been disconnected three times in champion select today alone and been penalized each time, whilst the rest of my connected programs (Discord, any of my chrome tabs, Steam) have remained connected. I'm not the only one to have had this issue, my friend also was hit with a dodge penalty despite being disconnected from the NA servers during champion select.
