Disconnect from chat in champion select, unable to see chat even when I reconnect

I disconnect from chat randomly all the time, I don't know why. But it will happen in champion select, and then once I reconnect no new team chat is received and banning and picking lags a lot. It frequently makes me lag out of picking and then I get penalized for dodging.

Same, I can't connect to chat in there either, been having this since I got my new computer.

Step 1 (Increase internet speed)

  1. Go to your Control Panel
  2. Under Programs , Click Uninstall a Program
  3. Uninstall Pando Media Booster

Step 2

  1. Close the LOL client if it is open.
  2. Go Task manager and look for the LOL client and RADS debugger.
  3. End those process IF you see them running.

Step 3 (IMPORTANT MUST DO)

  1. Click your windows button/start button and where it says Start Search type "services". There will be a program with a picture of a little clock work type cog, as an icon, Click on it.
  2. Scroll Down to IP-Helper right click it and click Properties look halfway down through the window for Startup type: and set it to "Stop" and "Disabled".

RESTARTING OR SHUTTING DOWN YOUR COMPUTER MAKES IP-HELPER TURN BACK ON SO JUST GO BACK AND STOP IT AGAIN
