Watch Rewards Not Working

I'm logged in, see the Watch Rewards are correctly setup message, finish the entire VoD and get nothing. I even logged out and logged back in before starting each VoD and I'm still not getting the reward. I've never had any issue before so I'm confused as to what's going wrong now.
