My camera keeps moving towards the direction that my mouse is at from the centre of my screen

I am a Mac user and I have upgraded to the latest Mac OS Catalina. I hate locked camera, My camera is supposed to moving to a certain direction whenever my mouse reaches one of the margins of my screen. But in recent games, my camera keeps moving towards the direction of my mouse all the times even though my mouse was not reaching edges but only a bit left or right on my screen. I had to press Y to lock it, otherwise my camera would keep moving. It destroyed my game experience, I have not win one game since this problem came out.

English is not my first language, I hope I have made myself clear, it's hard for me to describe this problem
