"Active game not found" issue when clicking "Accept" when found a match.

This issue has happened extreamely often for me, and in this case i had a 20 min cooldown, just 1 left, and when he 20 min was over it just said "Active game was not found" when i Clicked accept, so i got kicked out from the queue and had to start the 20 min over again, and after i waited the 20 min it said again "Active game was not found" it relly pissed me of and that was it for me so im posting this irritating bug.
