LeaverBuster not working properly

So I have recently been having random lag problems and been put in the LeaverBuster queues. After I have waited the allotted time that I was made to wait i automatically is put back into the waiting of the LeaverBuster queue due to doing nothing i suppose. I feel Riot needs to look at the LeaverBuster again and correct their mistake fully.
