Ranked games not registering

So it started out weird, in champ select after all had locked the clock hit 0 and stuck. Then we all were waiting (chat still worked). We decided to al exit and restart league, when restarted we loaded into game. At end of game stats wouldnt load, i hit skip. The game didnt load and isnt in my game history or on op.gg. I was at 95 lp so this would put me in my promos since it was a win. Please fix, 2nd time this happened this month.
