A critical error has occurred

I tried to play league today, and I received a message saying "A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated." Does anyone know how to fix this? I only received this massage after the 9.3 update.

Try this:

disable or remove any Overlay software like FRAPS or Rivatuner Statistics
Temporarily disable real-time scanning on your antivirus
delete the CONFIG and LOG folder in your Riot Games folder - you will lose any custom settings / keybinding (no biggy)

Other things:

Make sure you have windows updated to the latest
Make sure your Video Card drivers are the latest, REAL IMPORTANT

All this is at your own risk of course.
