Blacked Out Sections In Client

Hello,

Almost every game i go into in league champ select does this, It happens when i ban champs and certain parts of the screen are just blacked out , some champs are blacked out, when i click on the champ it stops being blacked out but any section which i can't click on will remain black, this happens on any account, I'm not sure how to fix this problem and whether or not this is from the game or from my monitor, If anyone has any idea on how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it
