no FPS

got on league today and no matter what I get 1-3 fps, I usually uncap at around 130 fps and I cant get it to go back, reinstalled, trouble shooted, nothing works

List hardware, running software, os/driver versions.

Other software works as intended? Has anything been recently updated?

Copy-pasting one of my posts on this issue, hope it helps:

First of all, try this if you haven’t already.

If that option is unchecked, then it’s because you recently updated Windows and there’s something going on with the Xbox DVR/fullscreen optimization.

Here you can see how to disable the Xbox DVR (it’s a known issue, for some reason it fucks your FPS up when enabled). And this, instead, is how to disable full screen optimization.

If this didn’t help at all, you can just pray. There are some serious ongoing performance issues with the game and Riot is (I hope) actively trying to figure out how to fix them.
