League of Legends Crashes Randomly in Ranked

Ok, so whenever I tried to play ranked today (4 times), only once it proceeded into the game. All the other three would close the client, leaving me with a penalty. What happens is that the border on the champion select keeps blinking like white then changing back to normal, being about 10 times in 2 seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this?
