Mouse Disappearance

After 5.3 my mouse has disappeared on Summoner's Rift, a bug which only happened on Dominion for me before this patch is occurring on the Regular 5v5 map. It has happened to other people I have played with today too, making me concerned to play if this bug will appear again.

I'm not sure I can reproduce the bug as it happens randomly.

I cannot see my mouse most of the time when it disappears, but sometimes it changes into around 6 lines, making it extremely difficult to play.

When pressing A it turns into a stream of red lines.

Any help would be appreciated/Anyone else experiencing this bug.

The only way to fix it so far for me is restarting my computer, because even after I close out of League it keeps my cursor changed, even after going to cursor settings.

I have already received a leaver-buster warning for restarting my computer with a 5 man premade, and they understood it. I don't want to receive any more leaves due to this bug, so any help on this would be appreciated.
