Gangplank E [Barrel] Bug. Patch 7.17

So Recently i've found a Probably Bug or a texture missing.

This is how it looks like in game It Works only in Rivers http://prntscr.com/gebedh It looks like this

Now apparently Players Can't see it except for you. It also works on the other river http://prntscr.com/gebere

It Seems like it doesn't work in bot side for some reason But it doesn't let you full Range Combo like here http://prntscr.com/gebfd8

I've tried this and tested it 10 times before posting I want to make sure this isn't a bug we've been Abusing In the past Or Maybe a texture bug Let me Know rito
