Tahm can't eat Ziggs

I played Tahm Kench last game with the Master Chef skin. I was able to eat all of my allies except Ziggs. Ziggs had the Master Arcanist skin on. I wasn't able to eat him for the entire duration of the game. Builds and matchups are posted in the match history link above.
