[CLIENT] Client is unresponsive and slow, loses connection

As mentioned the client loses connection every minute, it also doesn't draw some things and it makes it impossible to either ban or pick a champion. It has been happening since patch 7.12 and it's the same in 7.13. maybe its just because i have an old computer, but enabling low spec mode should make everything run better right? Because of this i can't participate in the VS. event(20 tokens short of the orb), it is making my MMR fall into the depths and any progress up in the ranking system impossible.

I have no idea how anyone could re-create this issue, but if the person responsible for fixing this needs any proof, I have teamviewer installed.

If anyone has any idea how to make this better without Riot actually fixing the problem, I would like to hear it... I'm running out of ideas...

I love the game but I can't play it anymore... Please make it more suitable for player with low spec machines [zombie-brand-facepalm]

I like how the new client is actually worse than the old one, in pretty much every way. It's impressive really. It does look prettier though, i guess?

Same issue here, but I don't have a low spec machine (mid spec that handles most new games at decent settings).

Even tried low-spec mode but it didn't help.

i think it have to be with riot current routing that have some sort of horrible delay, i have issues login and sometimes champions dont show up at all

here theres what i have find, enabling or disabling low spec mode seem to have no effect on the outcome opening "collection" works great as a test, if you champions show up, you can probably pick one in a game, if they never load or it say you dont have any champion/mastery point then you cant select a champion in champion select
