Game suddenly is always 0-2 FPS

Yesterday was fine, I spammed nexus blitz games most of the day and had no issues. Today I logged on before work and my game would be almost constantly 0-2 FPS with some random rare increases to my normal rate for a second. After work I tried a bot game to test if I still had this issue or if it was a random fluke but it still is constantly 0-2 FPS and completely unplayable. Anyone know how this might have happened or how it might be fixed? Thanks.
