Patch seems to be cut off, can't access anything.

I re-downloaded the game since I wanted to play again. I had my friend download it too, and they had no problem at all with this. She described her patch screen to be complete, but it seems mine is cut off. I don't think this has happened before, and by the looks of it I can't do anything at all. I can't even accept the EULA. I really want to play again, please reply as soon as you can if you've experienced this, I'm utterly baffled and frustrated.
