New Support Page Broken

So I've been trying to submit a ticket, but apparently the old support page doesn't work anymore, so while attempting to submit a ticket on the new support page, I have encountered a problem with logging in. By all things considered, I feel like going to the support page while logged into the League website, I should already be logged in. However, this isn't the case so I have to try and log into the support site.

While attempting to do so, I keep getting errors and redirects without ever successfully logging in, which means I cannot submit tickets. I'm not really sure what to do at this point, but the amount of bugs I've been getting today is extremely frustrating and annoying.
