[GAMEPLAY] Leblanc Spawn Fence Bug

This bug is not really bad because it is only cosmetic, but when you spawn there's this fence around the circle in the fountain and if you play leblanc and you scale up W first, you can jump into it and Leblanc stays in het jump animation form (leaning forward pointing her staff forward). Some times this merely lasts a few seconds, other times it'll stay until the end of the game. I do not know if this goes for all of leblanc's skins, as I only use Wicked Leblanc, but it probably does.
