Hextech Annie skin doesn't show new Tibbers Health Bar

When playing a Co-op vs. AI game as support Annie, I noticed Tibbers's health bar was his old one, and wasn't sure if everything on Tibbers was correct. If you could look into her coding and see if all that's missing is just the new health bar, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
