I didnt lose any game on my rank but it saids i have one defeat but i check my match i didnt lose any rank game

"Rank" although publicly available is not a real thing. It is totally made up. Riot decides who you play based on MMR (which is your true rank). You could theoretically be "Gold 1" and be put on a team of Bronze Vs if your MMRs were similar. MMR is the real rank and Riot will not tell you or anyone else what it is or how it is calculated. The publicly available "Rank" is meaningless. So, don't worry about it.
