Lock in issues.

I am losing constant lp from champ select. a few days in a row. if I don't lock in within the first 5 seconds, it wont let me lock in. I re installed league so that aint a thing, the total number of lp lost from today Is around 27 from this alone. it is really annoying and I want help. It's not like I can just get this lp back either, I'm losing because I cant click the button right away. is anyone else finding this issue?
