Black Screen in Champ Select

After finding a game I joined champ select and the screen went black. I couldn't ban a champ so it forced me to dodge. I ran to grab my phone to take a picture but wasn't fast enough. This was a Flex game and I lost LP because of this bug. If someone from Riot sees this is there anyway I could get me 3 LP back? Please and thank you.

This has happened to me twice today. I could care less about the minimal lp loss, but I suddenly have a 30 minute timer. It's a bit ridiculous.

This has happened to me 5 times so far, and 2 times to my friend Imanit. The game is basically unplayable now, with each of us getting queue dodge punishments left and right...
