DIRECTX FAILURE FOR MONTHS NOW

I have been having this "unknown directX failure" on and off ever since 7.10. I had tried EVERYTHING and read EVERY post containing the words "directx" in every language using google translate. This bug has been out for months and still does not have a reliable fix. I just went as far as to completely wipe everything. I BOUGHT A NEW HARDDRIVE to replace my old one (old one is NOT connected), even booted with an ISO file from windows for a 100% clean as a whistle install. Installed league. Updated league. Loaded into a league game. Great :)

You have got to be shitting my pants with this one. Seriously, this is the most outrageous thing I've ever experienced and It's 100% out of my control. I wish riot would prioritize a playable game over more content. I can't even play the game and have leaverbusters pouring out my asshole that I'll never finish.
