[Website]Items are way out of date

The game info pages are incredibly out of date. According to Items I can still build Abyssal Scepter, Banshee's Veil is still a defensive item, and Zeke still has a Harbinger instead of a Convergence (though at least it's not herald.) According to the Summoner's Rift game mode page, there's only one dragon with a stacking buff depending on how many times you've killed him... the game mode page for Howling Abyss says I can build a Sweeping Lens, Oracle Alteration, or Farsight Alteration (no yellow trinket though)... or the Enchantments for Jungle items though there's no jungle items to build them on.
