NO IP or LP earned wtf rito

As you see in the screenshot above I didn't get any IP for the game with shaco, also the previous shaco game gave me 17LP, https://gyazo.com/2220fab4ef023e28f19f0168b7d74771, and here you can see that I still only have 17LP, no message or anything about server disruption and no one in game complained about lag/fps anything. So just curious where my IP and LP went.
