Xerath needs a fix

ok xerath has many problems. His q literally has an area outlining the laser yet the laser goes over on every side so enemies thinking they are safe aren't. The same thing is going for his ult. I jsut lost a ranked thru this glitch it needs to be fixed.

Sounds more like your juke skills need work, he's like the most immobile squishy non auto-attacking champ, you just have to get close and hit him with your purse.

He's firing raw magic. It's like plasma, of course it'd have a little AoE from the raw heat.
