In champ select i went to go pick my ban who was lee sin. It didnt respond to anything so to avoid being a dodge i went to pick nidalee then i got a message saying the champion was already banned the message just kept popping up not letting me pick any champ to ban resulting in a dodge.
I have had this happen a lot.. Actually lost a ranked cause a guy bugged out and came back in 30 mins later haha. The game is not 100% and riot works hard to fix these bugs. I always just take a breath and think it normally happens 1-10 games so really it sucks but its not really that big of a deal :P
