Legendary Skin Bug

Loaded some rp to buy Gentleman Chogath, but the unlock option is greyed out. I loaded $20 in rp so it isn't a lack of rp. i checked the rest of the legendaries i don't yet own and they are also all greyed out. Nothing is posted saying that they aren't working so i was hoping to bring it your attention so that it can be fixed soon
