[CLIENT] seeing another persons champion masteries

In the client you can view anyone's champion masteries for every champion they have played. 1. look at anyone's summoner profile 2. quickly press your summoner profile then champions before you champion masteries show i have tried this on both my friends and on people in my division, i have looked at 10 different accounts.
