[GAMEPLAY] Katarina sometimes doesn't get a reset

Sometimes, when I get a kill or assist on Katarina, I dont get a reset on my abilities. This happened in 2 games so far in multiple situations, so I can't give any more information on when it occurs.

They changed it from reset on assist (10s window frame) to reset if they die within 3s of you hitting them. This is probably why you didn't get reset on assist but kills should still work fine.
