Katarina Q, R and B not working

I was playing a ranked game as kat and after a big team fight i noticed my q wasn't smart casting and then tried going back and couldn't so i relogged my client and still had the problem. Tried clicking the skill with my mouse and casting on a minion, still wouldn't work and then the next team fight my R wouldn't go off at all. Was winning the game too >.
