Aurelion Sol Ludens Echo Bug

I started a game with sol, and right off the bat I had the passive or active thing of Ludens Echo, I only noticed because the enemy team accused me of some how scripting it into the game.If anyone else had this bug, could you tell me why or if it's just me.
