Azir E bug
-Made custom with friend (was on blue team on howling abyss map)
-picked Azir 
-Tried to use e from farther away than w cast range
-could not cast e
-walked closer to soldier (wither w cast range) and could use e
-also tried to e while using q -could not use e until soldier stopped moving
Basically his e rang is about the same as his w but the indicator for his e is much larger and what they added last patch where you are supposed to be able to use your e on moving soldiers is not working
