Lost 2 promotions because i was unable to pick in champion select.

I'm not lagging, i'm not having any problems, until it's my turn to pick, everything is normal except i cant see any champions to pick and then i ofcourse loose promotion because of ''dodging the game'' because i cant lock in a champion.

I can still write in the chat while this happens, i can change masteries, runes and all that.
