Remake Failed-Promo lost

Syndra was afk from the beggining she didnt even bay items or try to move. we made /remake but the game didnt gave us the remake option and the game ended at 19m . The game wasted my time and i lost a promo game. second time with afk. Watch the game of promos. i had 1 dc leona to the first game(Defeat), i won the second one and the third i had the afk syndra(Defeat). Its so unfair
