so recently played a game and the enemy neeko would hourglass and then immediately ult while hourglassed. thought might be something to look into because its a little weird when says unable to perform abilities while hourglassed
Could be a timing issue. Since her Ult is delayed so its possible Ult -->delay(Zhonyas) --> complete cast. Is more likely what happened
