ekko e bug

i have found a bug with ekko e..i experienced this bug when i was playing ahri and nautilus in different games but its almost same thing.. 1st with ahri when i cast e on him and he cast his e onto me my e doesnt do anything to him 2nd with nautilus when i cast q on him and he cast e to go somewhere and my q is in range and should catch him nothing happens and he run away and q goes to cd
