Cant click anything in game??

Hello so i was just in a game and i went to buy items to start and i cant click them to buy them???? the whole UI is bugged i cant click anything and i dont know what the issue is? I tried restarting the client and loading back in but still cant click anything...ended up losing the game because of it but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know..
