There is a 1/20 chance when I select my champion I cannot lock in my champion and get dodged.

This happens to me every other day. I am constantly being sent to dodge queue because of it.

When it happens I click my champion and attempt to click lock in and nothing happens. After the queue timer ends, it finally says there was a server issue or that I need to be reconnected to league.

I have a above average internet connection at the house and never have down time during the hours this happens.
