[CLIENT] Queue dodge penalty in ranked, despite not having left

This is the third time that the following has happened.

I queued for a ranked game, and in Champ Select I chose the champion I wanted to play, however once the timer runs out, instead of locking in my champion of choice the queued game disbands. I am then notified that I am the cause, as "I have left during champion select", despite not having done so.

I am hit with a penalty of 5 minutes each time. Please fix this. Thank you!
