Did Not Receive Mastery level 6 Token

I played a wukong game and got mastery 5 after the game. But i also got an S-. So I received the confirmation stating that i received mastery level 5 and that I received a mastery 6 token. After i hit "OK" for both and got back to the home screen, it was not in my crafting inventory. This puzzled me so i logged out and back in, yet it still wasn't there. Then I decided to give it a day or two and it still was not there. I am just really confused on what had happened. Some Help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually the second message says that you can now receive mastery 6 tokens by earning an S rank. Are you sure that it wasn't just telling you about the mastery tokens, rather than saying you got one? The fact that you just got mastery 5 that game is what makes me think this is the case.

You need to play a game while mastery 5. You were mastery 4 for the game, and only mastery 5 for post game screen. Hope that helps.
