Missing Rune Pages and Default Settings

Hey community, I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue of logging into the client and finding their rune pages deleted and having to fill them out from scratch. Alongside that, default settings also restore to the client, does anyone have any idea to remedy the disappearing pages and default settings? They end up resetting after a few logins.
