hexdrinker didn't activate

I had hexdrinker off cooldown (as fiora) and annie stunned me and killed me 100-0 hp with her combo in about 1 second, but hexdrinker did not activate. hexdrinker did activate in other instances during that game.

She did more damage than Hex would absorb

ok so hexdrinker saved the cooldown because it would not save me. that's actually good
