Camera lock screen issue fix?

I don't know why but lately when I play league games and press space bar or even the "y" key to lock the camera my champion becomes really fuzzy and jumps around slightly. It's really annoying me, I know its not my PC because I've spoken to my brother about it (who lives in a different house to me) and he has the same issue. Actually it's so annoying that I'm not even playing until it is fixed since I lock the camera a lot in games. Would appreciate a fix soon :)
