Fixed/Non Fixed Camera Toggle Bug

So starting as of this week, whenever I press C to toggle my camera it would sometimes not switch at all. Normally this occurs when I switch to unfixed and want to switch back, but it won't switch. I don't think it has ever happened to me when I want to go unfixed from fixed. At first I had to click on the eyeball icon in order for my toggle key to start working again, but as of today that has stopped working. At first I thought it might have been a bug with the new preside camera set option being on, then I turned it off and it still occurred. This is a really annoying bug as I NEED to be able to swap camera settings on the fly.
