A bug in Nexus Blitz

I played one game of Nexus Blitz in EUW. As we killed the walking Nexus, the game finished as well. However, after we skip the statistic page, we can not create games anymore because the last game is still running. We tried to reconnect the accounts, but we just jumped to the reconnect page for the last game. It really affects our experiences on gaming.
