4.19 Shyvana's and Azir's Ult don't knock back enemies

Hi all,

since patch 4.19, Shyvana's and Azir's Ults don't work properly anymore. Shyvana flies straight through enemies, not interacting with them in any way, roughly 2 out of 3 times.

Azir's Ult will either not collide, not knock back, not do damage (ca. 6 out of 10 times), do damage but not collide or knock back (3 out of 10 times), or work as intended (1 out of 10).

Also, sometimes, enemies would be able to walk through the wall for the first few frames. After is stands still however, it is impassable.

Hope this will get fixed asap, for it makes the Emperor umplayable.
