"You Don't Get to Play League" Bug

Today and previously I had a bug where i just could not play league of legos. It starts off at spawn, i go to click on an ability to put a point in, and it acts as a basic ping. I tried to tell my allies what is wrong, then when i hit enter, the game lags out and goes into window mode instead of full screen. I then try to buy something and i cant open the shop, it acts as a ping as well. I can only right click. I tried to hit spacebar to focus on my character but hey that doesnt work either. So i moved my mouse to the edge of the screen to save me from instant death. Then i thought lets try the spell short cuts for points, like ctrl + q, NOPE. I tried hitting escape to check settings for key bindings, and literally nothing worked. When ever i thought i had a solution, i got screwed. I was at the point where i just went to lane and said "f*** it". I then proceded to die because i have no escapes, no kit in general, no items, just pure runes, masteries and base stats to do anything. please fix this bug so no one has to experience this. If it helps i was playing graves and im gonna be honest, the last time i think i was playing graves but idk for sure, but last time i was able to fix it and i dont remember how. this time the only way i was able to fix it was to completely turn off my computer and then restart the client.
